Due to current, as well as projected future growth, JGB is currently seeking a competitive, team oriented and experienced Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join our business-to-business team. Responsibilities:
Assist the outside sales team in helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the Regional Sales Manager
Help to service an existing customer base with questions and concerns while continuing to expand current sales orders and requests
Drive sales of current products by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends with both inside and outside sales teams
Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts during down time
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts
Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performed
Qualifications:
Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of customer service success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals
BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
