4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior testing experience and working knowledge of test management tools like ALM.
Ability to create UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and recommend prioritization to the business partners and IT team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of testing lifecycle (unit, functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Experience working in fast paced agile projects.
Ability to manage test related activities in JIRA.
5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
What You Will Be Doing
Involve planning and managing test plans based on release timelines.
Understand business requirements, document scenarios, and execute test scripts.
Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives).
Report and document all UAT activities including defect management and resolution.
Provide test plans for End User Testing and support for Production Certification activities on release days.
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
