We are seeking a highly organized and responsible part-time office assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will answer phones, provide customer service and enter accounts payable/accounts receivable. Other duties will include assisting office managers preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly. Prior experience is not required but good phone skills and basic computer skills are a must. The position is part-time but there is room for growth to full time.
