Facility:Kids Express - BeavercreekDepartment:Urgent Care - APPsSchedule:Part timeHours:4Job Details:The UC/KE Lead APP is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)/Physician Assistant (PA) with demonstrated leadership skills, clinical excellence, and QI/EBP project implementation as an Advanced Practice Provider. This person serves as a quality expert for the division. This individual is the primary resource for APPs in the division related to inquiry. This individual is responsible for managing all QI, EBP, and research projects in the Urgent Care and Kids Express. The Clinical Team Leader distributes the work of the unit in a manner that makes the best use of available resources, both personnel and material, and which take into account the knowledge, skills, and abilities of those persons who will be integral to the patient care process. The Clinical Team Leader provides ongoing coordination of work and resources as necessary to meet changing requirements in the work environment. On an ongoing basis, the Clinical Team Leader evaluates individual and collective outcomes of the patient care provided during their shift, compares patient care delivery to accepted standards, adjusts assignment of resources as necessary, and reports changing needs and outcomes to the health care staff.
