Farmers Insurance is looking for qualified candidates for a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) position within a large agency. CSSR responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
- Daily contact with existing customers assisting them with policy billing, changes, and questions.
- Setting new appointments for sales opportunities as well as review appointments for current customers.
Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, Oregon State licensing in Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses. A background check will be required prior to hiring.
Bonus opportunities are also available as part of employment with the agency.
