A established Red Lion Hotel restaurant is looking for a Chef/Line cook, this is a full time position.
Daily Responsibilities include the following:
Preparing food for the restaurant and banquet functions. Keeping track of inventory and ordering what
food and what supplies are needed. Presentation and Quality of food is a must. Will oversee kitchen staff and make sure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation policies are being followed at all times.
Team player.
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Line Cook/Prep Cook: 1 year
