- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger system, ensuring proper recording of transactions and adherence to accounting principles
- Perform some bookkeeping entries in Sage 100 Contractor
- Review journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and support for all entries.
- Conduct periodic reviews of account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Manage accurate and timely month-end close reporting requirements
- Must be able to Multi-task
Payroll tax experience a plus
