We are a small CPA firm in Vancouver Washington. Our growth has presented hiring needs for one individual for a long-term part time positions. This position would be perfect for the recently retirees, stay at home parents, or others looking for part time work on long term basis.
Job Details
- Hours are flexible (16-24 hours/week), more hours during tax season between January and April.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks online and QuickBooks desktop.
- Must have payroll experiences, including calculating payroll, making payroll taxes deposits and prepare quarterly and year end payroll reports for Oregon payroll and Washington payroll.
- Having experience with Washington excise tax return filing is a plus.
-Having experience with Inventory accounting is a plus.
- We prefer you work in our office. Occasionally work from home is allowed.
-Knowledge in income tax returns preparation is a plus
Qualities
- Must have at least 5 years general ledger accounting experience
- Must have a good understanding of GAPP accounting
- Willingness to work in a small office environment.
- Can work with little to no supervision.
- Detail oriented.
