Position Open: Customer Service Representative, servicing and supporting Industrial Source customers. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Portland, OR.
What You’ll Do:
Build and successfully maintain customer relationships, provide customer support, determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process
Problem solve, listen for customer cues, and actively seek solutions with grace and integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Be the trusted primary point of contact for both our customers and account managers
Assist Account Managers in accurately onboarding new customers
Fully understand our products, brand, and customers
Provide product ordering support for industrial vending machines: creating re-stock orders and machine inventory troubleshooting
Pro-actively keep everyone in the loop with your professional verbal & electronic communication
Assist walk-in and phone customers with welding questions and products
Handle a variety of sales, customer service and store operational support tasks such as order entry, inventory receiving, and merchandising
