Key Job Duties for a Client Service Representative (CSR):
As a Client Care Representative, you'll be the superhero of our customer service world, handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails like a pro. You'll be a multitasking wizard, smoothly navigating various programs while having delightful conversations with our clients. Plus, you'll be a pro at documenting customer interactions, ensuring their requests are resolved promptly.
We'll teach you how to use our customer relationship management tools like a champ, and you'll become a scheduling guru, making sure our clients get the services they need. You'll start with some in-office onboarding and training in our bright new office in northeast Portland near the airport. Be ready to hang with some fun, bug-loving folks!
It's a standard 8-hour day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – a perfect work-life balance.
While most of us are seated during work hours, our amazing owners have provided us with nifty electronic sit-stand desks at the office, so you get to move around at your leisure. There might be the occasional box lifting (up to 15 pounds) to keep things interesting. Plus, you might get involved in some exciting data entry projects as needed.

Compensation for a Client Service Representative:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour wage based on experience

Knowledge and Skill Needed for a Client Service Representative:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Friendly, positive, energetic, adaptable attitude. Team player is a must!
Two years customer care experience with answering phones (or impressive proven interpersonal skills) and general administrative abilities.
Willingness and ability to learn the basic fundamentals of Pest Control
Typing and computer skills including outlook, word, and general windows-based PC products; ability to quickly learn new software systems and programs.
Strong verbal, written and data entry skills, ability to communicate clearly while maintaining confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Proficient in time management, works well in high call volume scenarios but can also utilize down time efficiently, assisting in projects and data management.
Great interpersonal skills, relationship building, multi-tasking ability, conflict management, customer relations and telephone etiquette skills; able to close the loop on inter-department communications.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
