Insurance Agency in Vancouver WA looking for full time bi-lingual (Russian) Receptionist. Office location in safe and protective environment located in the Park Tower Executive Offices with Class A business campus. 99% of work done by email and phone little to no face to face with clients.
No experience needed as we have an extensive training program for the right applicant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering Phone
- Data entry
- Processing client requests
- Filing / Faxing / Scanning
- Keep office and field supplies stocked
