Must be good at dealing with patient issues, assertive, punctual, detail oriented, good on the phones, consistent, provide excellent customer service, direct other employees, professional, kind, courteous.
General tasks include:
Scheduling patients
Going over treatment plans
Dental insurance knowledge
Phone skills
Attention to detail
Recalling patients
We are willing to train the right person if missing certain skills.
