The analyst will support all integrations on day to day operations and complete assigned projects as required.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify business requirements and participate in the design and development of new solutions as well as the refinement and optimization of existing platform

Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functional areas.

Design, build and support testing of Workday integration code base including Extend, Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding.

Daily maintenance of integration support issues and answering inquires in a timely manner.

Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative functional and technical approaches when necessary.

Develops and documents procedures which cover all technical aspects for Integrations.

Ability to work on multiple projects using organization and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks.

Act independently to determine methods and procedures for assignments.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 3 hours at a time, frequently uses fingers for typing, data entry, etc. Frequent use of hands; uses upper extremities to rarely lift up to 10 pounds. Occasionally stoops, bends or reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and visual monotony. EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree requiredTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:3 years of related experience requiredDeep understanding of Workday’s data flow, business processes including configuration in Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, Integrations, Performance, Time & Absence, Payroll;Technically strong experience in building Workday reports, integrations (EIBs, Studio, BIRT, connectors);Knowledge of integration-related technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, SFTP, data encryption, XML/XSLT, etc.);Ability to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping and system process designs;Ability to make recommendations in design sessions;Experience creating technical documentation;Maintain SLA for Operational tickets as per guidelines provided requiredPlease complete your application using your full legal name and current home address.
