If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.The Director, LMS Support & Implementation at McKesson Medical Surgical will oversee the Labor Management System (LMS) Program, specifically the JDA/Blue Yonder LMS. This role entails managing a team of subject matter experts in operations and LMS systems, focusing on support, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the LMS across all regions. The Director will lead the team supporting existing LMS sites and new implementations, ensuring a thorough understanding of the unique operations processes at each Distribution Center (DC). This position requires close collaboration with DC Operations, IT, WMS, Distribution Center Solutions, and Senior Leadership to address LMS challenges post Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management System Go Live. The Director will oversee the design, configuration, and improvement of the LMS program to meet deadlines and business metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing new build designs, standardization, advanced LMS development, system testing, training, warehouse mapping, and troubleshooting. The role also involves defining fair and accurate engineered standards, ensuring program compliance and performance accountability, and supporting the Individual Warehouse Incentive (IWIN) program in collaboration with HR, Corporate, and Field Operations. The Director will lead a team of Industrial Engineers, Data Analysts, and Senior Operations Field Specialists, ensuring the success and sustainability of the LMS and IWIN programs through robust training, understanding, and periodic updates.This is a full-time role with 50 to 75% travel.Key Responsibilities

1.Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of Industrial Engineers, Data Analysts, and Senior Operations Field Specialists, providing clear vision and direction to drive productivity and efficiency across the DC Network.2.LMS Implementation & Expertise: Oversee the design, implementation, and sustainment of the Labor Management System (LMS), serving as the subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of related systems, including Material Handling Equipment (MHE), KPI Order Manager, JDE WMS, and ERP.3.Collaboration & External Engagement: Work closely with HR, Corporate & Field Operations, IT, Distribution Center Solutions, WMS, and field Operations Leadership teams, as well as external partners like Blue Yonder and other companies for benchmarking and incorporating best-in-class LMS operations.4.iWin Program Management: Ensure the Individual Warehouse Incentive (iWin) program is well-understood, with thorough training and periodic updates, to maintain robust participation and effectiveness.Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training -

4-year degree or equivalent field experience

Strong knowledge of DC processes

Ability to identify & communicate best practices for DC Process Efficiency

Must be proficient with RF technology & Blue Yonder Software Configuration & best practices for successful ImplementationBusiness Experience -

5+ year's experience in project management including managing multiple projects simultaneously

5+ year's experience and a track record of proven leadership in a DC environment

Excellent written and verbal skills

Must be able to partner with cross functional partners and direct a team of employees to accomplish a specific set of goals and objectivesSpecialized Knowledge/Skills -

Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Strong expertise in Labor Management Systems, particularly Blue Yonder, and in-depth knowledge of related systems (MHE, KPI Order Manager, JDE WMS, ERP).

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with HR, IT, and Operations teams, and strong knowledge of distribution center processes, layout, and construction.

Ability to identify training and support needs based on changes in the work environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of multiple platforms/systems (Audit Log, E1, RF, Blue Yonder Software, WMS/LMS Processes/Configuration) and intermediate knowledge of analytical reporting tools (Access, Excel).

Comfortable "rolling up the sleeves" to work alongside team members to demonstrate best practices and lean work methods.Working Conditions:

Both office environment & traditional warehouse.

50 - 75% travel required, within in the United StatesPhysical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) -

Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
