In this position, you will handle Ignition Interlock Limited License (IILL) petitions and distribute them for customers facing suspension, revocation, disqualification, or cancellation in regaining their driving privileges. Your role involves using your judgment to assess eligibility for an IILL by reviewing both the petition and the customer's driving record. If eligible, the processing of the petition, and, if ineligible, denying the petition. Additionally, you will enter data for IILL petitions and other restoration tasks, while also updating Pennsylvania driver records based on documents received from customers.You will keep a precise log of all work processed and provide guidance to staff on proper procedures. Training new employees to ensure they meet quality standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will compile and maintain reports related to processing and error rates to improve overall efficiency in the unit.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or
One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.Additional Requirement:
