We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our Data Management and Quantitative Analysis. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA / Lake Mary Florida.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Leads a small staff of individual contributors who compile, synthesize and report on the Banks or market data sources.
May provide oversight on the management and mining of databases, data feeds, etc. as well as the extraction, cleansing, preparation and hand-off to internal clients.
Understands and implements processes and may provide recommendations to increase efficiencies and improve processes
Oversees the implementation of new data related technology enhancements / implementations.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years total experience
Prior Financial services experience preferred
Prior Management experience preferred.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Back-End Engineer to join our US Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Design and development of backend features and components.
Provide application software development services or technical support in more complex situations.
Lead the technical design, development and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
Design and code programs, creates test transactions and writes documentation that describes installation and operating procedures.
Utilize standard procedures and techniques to write new programs of moderate complexity (programs involving match/merge processing, utilization of one-dimensional internal program tables).
Actively participate in code reviews. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles.

Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
7-9 years of experience in software development required with Java, Spring and Angular skills.
Experience building web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Experience with core Java, J2EE frameworks, web services, Angular JS, MySQL/Oracle Database.
Preferred experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web 2.0, Angular JS, JQuery, Angular 16, SQL database, Powershell.
Experience on any Web or application server like Apache, Tomcat, etc.
Experience developing in Agile delivery programs.

Team Description; Role function on team:
The Vice President, Model Risk will contribute to highly visible enterprise-wide model development functions in the organization. The models make estimates that are a key input to management decisions and are reported to Senior Management and the Board of Directors on a regular basis. The role will be to execute enterprise standards for model validation. The incumbent will be responsible for leading work to identify and evaluate model risk as well as proposing controls to manage that risk. This will entail investigating the weaknesses of a framework and setting the scope and designing tests for a validation effort, appropriate to that framework.
This role may work in one of five disciplines, each responsible for a different type of modelling:
1) Credit Risk Modelling, 2) Treasury Modelling, 3) Market Risk Modelling, 4) Pricing Modelling, 5) Forecasting
Responsibilities:
Execute enterprise standards for model validation, by setting the scope of a validation effort. This entails designing the tests and review activities necessary to evaluate a model.
Responsible for evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a model\'s conceptual framework to identify situations where a model may become less useful.
Reviews accuracy of reports and calculations performed by less experienced colleagues.
The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing the risks identified by more junior analysts and formulating the proposed controls into a plan of action for management.
Responsible for the technical direction, accuracy, and soundness of quantitative methods in the assigned area. Decisions and assumptions recommended by the incumbent have significant impact on the financial and risk position of the Bank or legal entity supported.
Required Qualifications:
Master\'s Degree/PhD in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
0-2 years of experience. The candidate must have a superb quantitative and analytical background with a solid theoretical foundation coupled with strong programming, documentation, and communications skills.
Must have experience with complex quantitative modeling, numerical analysis, and computational methods using programming languages (such as Python, R / R-Studio, C/C, C#, Java, FORTRAN, MATLAB, SAS) as well as mathematical/statistical software packages.
Must be extremely focused, detail oriented, results oriented and highly productive.
Must have a proven track record of being able to efficiently and effectively: conduct independent research; analyze problems; formulate and implement solutions; and produce quality results on time.
The candidate must have excellent scientific and technical documentation and presentation skills, assertiveness & influencing skills, and the skills to explain abstract theoretical concepts to a non-expert audience in easy-to-understand language.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Data Governance Lead to join our Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible to work within the Change Management team supporting the development of new reporting processes and changes required or improvements to existing reporting processes.
Works closely with Regulatory reporting process owners in understanding the tools utilized, business and rule requirements.
Develops functional specifications to define the data and derivational requirements to the IT development group supporting the reporting efforts.
Works with the internal business partner to properly test, train and implement new or improved processes, often leading these efforts.
Responsible to perform financial data analysis for different regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
8-12 years of total work experience in Business analysis, Data analysis preferred.
Experience in external reporting and/or internal audit preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Preferred Experience: Supported multiple enterprise systems implementations in a Business Analyst role.
SQL knowledge for data analysis will be a preferred.
Financial Regulatory Reporting experience is preferred.
Reg reporting Data governance management including CDE managements, Data Quality contracts.
Knowledge Data governance tools like Collibra, IDQ, ASG, Solidatus etc
SQL understanding or knowledge to facilitate data analysis
Business/Functional Analyst with Financial Services background
Financial Product and data analysis experience.
North America Regulatory Reporting experience
SQL understanding or knowledge to facilitate data analysis
Understanding to User Acceptance testing and building of testing strategy/test plans.
Axiom knowledge or implementation experience would be added advantage (Nice to have)

In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Performs data management activities in support of day-to-day functions of Mutual Fund and ETF valuation and Security Master building. Reviews exceptions and takes corrective action.
Under minimal supervision, compiles, synthesizes and reports on the Bank\'s or market data sources; provides support with access, maintenance, and security activities. We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Third Party Governance II to join our Clearing Markets Treasury Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). Responsible for maintaining the global vendor or interaffiliate-TPG framework
Supports change management processes to achieve outsourcing management consistency and embed an effective risk management culture while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements
