Within Chewy, the Pharmacy team is focused on providing a comprehensive and affordable selection of medications that improve patient outcomes and deliver an industry-leading customer experience.As part of this mission, The Chewy Pharmacy Operations team is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Systems Support Team! As an Informatics Pharmacist, you will develop an overall vision for the tools that our Pharmacists and Technicians use and implement a product roadmap to achieve a best-in-class Prescription Management system that operates at scale. You will own the creation and prioritization of this roadmap, informed by quantitative and qualitative insights and supported with clear business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with Pharmacists, Technicians, senior operations leaders, analytics, UX design, and software engineering teams to deliver a scalable platform that meets the business needs of Chewy’s Retail Pharmacy across all business verticals, while keeping a pharmacist-first user attitude to ensure that our Pharmacy staff have the right tools provide care for their furry family patients.What you'll do:
Use your pharmacist-first approach to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class Pharmacy tools to support Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritize product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both Pharmacy users and business goals.
Coordinate with operational leadership to identify areas of opportunity within the Pharmacy ecosystem, both to improve operational efficiency and to improve quality within the Pharmacy.
Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.
Collaborate with analytics, data science, design and engineering resources to deliver features with strong Pharmacy user and business value.
What you'll need:
Hold Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Have an active pharmacist license in at least one US state.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance guidelines.
Proficient in analyzing and effectively communicating metrics to support recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.
Strong partner management skills, particularly with leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
Passion and curiosity, as well as the drive and desire to create a best-in-class experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility for periodic travel (0-5%)

Fluency in SQL and/orTableau
