Position Summary:

The Sales Operations and Communications Manager is responsible for leading Benco's sales incentive initiatives by leveraging communication strategies, data-based decision-making, and onboarding management techniques. This role manages coordination and execution of communication between sales operations and the sales force. Focused on the development of all Sales Leader and Sales Rep facing sales incentives. Responsible for sales procedures, ensuring processes are consistent and best practices are standardized in the field. Focused on regional meeting structure, content, and overall execution. Work with various Benco departments on promotions to drive key initiatives.

A high level of leadership and focus to establish the creative development process from concept to completion

Ensure proper tracking and support in regional reporting, promotions, and feedback. Become an expert on communicating onboarding success and the power of standard operating procedures for each department

Plan, organize, and optimize regional events and sponsorships. Work with all sales force, internal departments, and external partners to continually improve operations and sales

Report, track, and communicate on various initiatives such as Benco Blu, Pinnacle Incentives, and Chairman's Club

Own the execution of sales by driving initiatives and communication of goals/progress. Be the point person for Benco's yearly Pinnacle award, as well as the Regional Ranking known as Benco Blu

Manage a team of District Sales Operations Coordinators and the Regional Sales Operations Coordinators

Efficiently use Excel to create reports and provide information as needed for management. Become a CRM and Qlik Sense database expert. Create quarterly sales reports

Attend sales meetings as required; act as meeting lead for regional and district meetings

Provides leadership, management, direction and mentoring to members of the team. Executes full scope of performance management including goal setting, coaching, training and professional development, and continuous feedback. Recruit and hire the right people to the Benco team

Review the talent pool and determine if it possesses the right skills needed for the future organization

Perform other duties as designed

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required

4-6 years sales and/or marketing with communications experience required

Expert level in Excel required
