Hege's Restaurant on renowned Kiawah Island is looking to hire a full time executive sous chef.
We are a casual, french fine dining restaurant that serves the local residents of Kiawah and Seabrook Islands plus a bustling tourist season. We have been a neighborhood staple for more than a decade.
We are open Tuesday-Sunday evenings and serve breakfast on the weekends only.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an upscale restaurant and at least 5 years of total kitchen experience. The position is full time, salaried, paid vacation, with room for bonus structure and pay raises over time. Our parking is free and chefs are provided with a free meal daily.
