Contract Admin Specialist Responsibilities

Accurate processing of account payables for subcontractors according to project type.

Submit compliance documentation and reporting in a timely manner for state, city and county projects.

Order all bonds for all bids.

Create and track all contracts and subcontracts for all projects.

Order all bids and plan set as requested by project managers

Organize and maintain all project Ars and email to project managers

Train for proficiency in Viewpoint and assist PMs with any Viewpoint needs.

Reconcile project quantities weekly/monthly in Viewpoint with pay estimates and alert PM to any quantity issues.

Monitor projections/cost to complete so that POC and WHIP reports are as accurate as possible.

Supplement PM with computer responsibilities when project managers do not have access to a computer or network. (XBE, B2W, Viewpoint, etc.)

Contract Admin Specialist Requirements

1+ year experience in construction administration, preferred.

High School diploma/ equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.

Ability to handle multiple projects and support multiple employees administrative needs with minimum supervision.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work long hours during construction season.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) with a willingness to learn new software that is specific to our construction industry.

Proactive verbal and written communication with all parties involved for the successful execution of construction projects.

Must be team-oriented, detailed, articulate, flexible, and highly productive.

Approach all duties with commitment to company core values of stewardship, humility, continuous improvement and relationships.

Work Conditions/ Physical Requirements

Will be working in an office environment.

Prolonged periods of time working in front of a computer.
