We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our successful and well-established team in Malaysia to best promote and sell Shiji solutions.  Shiji Malaysia is a significant contributor to the broader success of Shiji teams across Asia Pacific & Middle East who together work to promote and sell, service and support our local, regional and multinational hospitality clients primarily focusing on Property Management solutions and Point of Sale from the Shiji Portfolio of solutions.WHAT YOU’LL DOEffectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipelineIdentify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamicsNegotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunitiesIntroduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions including PMS, POS, SPA, GOLF & Shiji PaymentsUnderstand customer business drivers and use solution selling to develop superior customer value propositions.Responsible for delivering on a quarterly and annual sales quota.
