Lead Cash Posting SpecialistWork location: Texas Health Corporate Campus, 612 E. Lamar in Arlington, TX 76011.Work hours: Full Time, Day Shift, M to F, 40 hours per week, home based. Complete benefits available.What You Will DoReceivable ManagementEnsure that all lockbox, EDI, EFT only, and GL transfer transaction are posted daily.Complete daily reviewapproval of team lockbox checklist.Knowledge and understanding of electronic system posting logic.Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.Monitoring productivity and Quality Employee coaching when requiredAssist other members of the team as needed.Identify and offer suggestions pertaining to process improvements.Closely monitor unposted EFT reports.Handles and oversee all transfers between multiple posting systems.At month end all cash management personnel are expected to stay until release by ManagerDirector to ensure that all cash department postings are completed.Daily review to include notation of batches that exceed the department standard due to age. Back up for supervisor to review team reports to be turned into Finance.Process and posting NSF Log finance request worklist portalPayment research Worklist requestEFT and Lockbox QA research.Assist team Supervisor with offering leadership, training, and motivation.Payment worklist worked daily with an emphasis on quality real follow up action and resolution. Ensure that all high-dollars and aged transactions are top priority overall goal is resolving and posting to the correct patient account. All transactions notated regarding follow-up steps taken. Escalation of accounts if unresolved after 30 days to supervisormanager.Focus and ExcellenceTimely and accurately postingCommunication should be clear, concise, and professional.Escalate all posting issues and concerns immediatelyCompliance with THR policies and procedures.
