As our

Business Intelligence Analyst based in Austin, TX, you will use your broad skill set and passion for data to extend the All Web Leads business intelligence platform. Data is at the core of all our decision making at AWL and the BI team is responsible for aggregating, analyzing, reporting on, and translating all of this data into insights which drive our business forward. You will interact closely with executives, stakeholders, engineers, and other analysts to optimize the business. Responsibilities:
• Utilize internal tools, SQL, Excel & Qliksense dashboards, and SSRS reports that will drive core business decisions
• Validate the correctness and accuracy of internal business metrics and external reporting data
• Provide situation specific analyses and data visualization to support business critical decisions
• Continually optimize our internal database management systems and enhance our internal and external ETL infrastructure
• Leverage large datasets for machine learning projects
• Identify new business opportunities, quantify risks, and execute on the proposed solution with a strong sense of ownership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, computer science, statistics, economics, math, or related field
• Strong analytical skill set for translating business requirements into reports, dashboards, and machine learning projects
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Excel; expert-level formula and pivot table development
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL
• 2+ years experience with Python
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn (wanting to know what makes things tick and how they work – both in the sense of technology, and analytics, as it relates to our business)
• A self-motivated individual with passion for the use of data and technology to explore and solve problems
• A diligent mind that seeks to continually optimize and enjoys digging into large datasets to draw conclusions
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship for employment will not be provided

Preferred Qualifications (bonus but not required)
• Statistics background/ Predictive analytics
• Experience with OLAP
• Experience with scripting languages/light programming
