Description We're seeking an employee focused, team-oriented Spanish speaking Human Resource Coordinator with a keen eye for process improvement to join our growing organization. Reporting into the Human Resource Manager, this position will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties including talent management, employee engagement, benefit administration, and payroll. Source candidates for open positions from multiple sources
Maintain candidate pipeline for all positions
Conduct first-touch interviews with candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with all applicants
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation
Manage employee offboarding process and exit interviews
Assist employees with HR policy and procedures
Ensure all HR data is current, updated, and maintained
Assist with HR compliance initiatives
Assist with employee relations concerns
Conduct HR-related employee training as needed
Manage the recognitions and rewards program
Assist with employee engagement surveys
Benefit Administration
Act as frontline advisor to employees for company benefit programs
Process employee changes and updates to elective benefits
Administer leave of absence requests
Administer worker's compensation claim requirements
Payroll Administration
Process payroll
Assist with employee salary changes and updates
Act as frontline contact for employee payroll related questions
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience and/or training
Must possess a strong knowledge of foundational HR laws and regulations
Ability to conduct oneself with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Experience working in an HRIS and an ATS
Deep desire to learn and contribute to a growing organization
Superb multitasking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employees across multiple states.
Prior payroll processing experience
