Business AnalystDallas, TexasHybridContract$60/hr - $68/hrSeeking a Business Analyst for a consulting opportunity to work with our client and be part of standing up a Program.The Business Analyst will meet with and partner with the business stakeholders and elicit true business requirements in a standard format and get them documented in a standard format but also in a tangible form that answers questions. This person must have end to end business process experience, experience planning end to end, and experience working with issue management end to end. Ideally this person will have previous work experience coming from a risk or regulatory organization.Responsibilities:
Efficiently lead the conversation, and gather requirements from Business, understand the concerns, identify the risk, and communicate it in timely fashion.
This person will work with Project Managers to drive process and elicit requirements and own documentation and then drive it through the process.
Perform, evaluate, and communicate at every stage of the Program and Project life cycle.
Ability to make quick informed decisions and understand the clear priority and escalate as needed.
Must be creative to deliver innovative solutions to address critical business needs. Highly agile, and ability to quickly pivot the plan and execute.
Previous experience with MS Project, Excel, and or Clarity are needed.
Must be able to work day to day to meet tight deadlines that cannot change.
Must have a proactive process driven work ethic and maintain a sense of urgency and follow through to focus on the end goal until the end.
Qualification
Bachelor's or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets/ Wealth Management/ Banking & Financial Services is highly preferred.
Should be able to coordinate well with business and product and independently work to analyze and propose the solutions.
Excellent experience with large integration systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle ambiguity and white space and work through it for a final outcome that is defined.
