Description We are in the process of recruiting a Data Analyst to be a part of our team in the Oil & Gas industry, located in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will be primarily involved in case validation for the master data team and migration from legacy processes to SAP. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and requires proficiency in Analytics, Customer master data, Master Data Management, SAP Master Data Governance, Accounts Payable (AP), and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Conduct case validation for the master data team to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in the transition from legacy processes to SAP, ensuring smooth data migration. Utilize VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, particularly in managing customer master data. Ensure accurate processing and management of Accounts Payable (AP). Employ SAP Master Data Governance in maintaining and managing master data. Use Analytics to evaluate and improve data management processes. Requirements Proficient in Analytics, with a strong ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making. Experience in managing Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Demonstrated knowledge in Master Data Management, including the creation and maintenance of data models. Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance, ideally with hands-on experience in its application within the Oil & Gas industry. Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) process, with the ability to handle AP-related data efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
