Interview cross functional teams to gather information related to the business
Analyze information to define business scope and objectives as well as identify potential change impacts
Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data
Partner with subject matter experts to validate associated system requirements and solutions
Develop and maintain documentation related to modifying business processes and systems
Participate in proof of concept and pilot activities
Develop and maintain requirements/specifications for new functionality to evaluate newly released features
Engage in early test and validation iterations with end users prior to go-live
Support ongoing user feedback process and review of user support issues
Partner with the Product Manager in evaluating feedback for prioritization in future roadmap/release plans
