This role provides user support and develop functional knowledge.This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform the end-to-end payment run process
Assist with Amex, Pcards, and T&E
Assist with the 1099 reporting process
Develop ad-hoc management reports
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting is preferred
One (1) to three (3) years experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP is preferred
