This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division.
Responsible for interacting with business units, technology teams, and the development team in order to design solutions and configure systems based on the functional designs
What you'll do
Creates functional design documents, system reference guides, process diagrams, training materials, and process work flows
Designs and implements functional solutions for Payroll systems, as requested by business partners
Defines workaround processes and corrective actions
Solves complex issues that arise with system operations
Creates/maintains reporting metrics and procedure documentation, to ensure consistent and accurate handling of problems and ensure SLAs are achieved
Stays abreast of systems technology best practices and changing technologies to maintain domain expertise and make recommendations for enhancements or changes
Travel may be required
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a Finance or Accounting emphasis or related field or equivalent experience/training
3 years of experience with SAP Payroll
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
SAP Configuration certification(s)
Proficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, garnishments, and process models
Experience with SAP Payroll functional application knowledge
Experience with US Tax models
Hands-on experience with PCRs and Schema
Enhancement Pack experience for ECC 6.0 Enh7 / Netweaver and Java, Javascript, SML, Idoc, Business Connector, and SDLC
