Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Dallas, Texas. The job function involves managing the day-to-day financial operations of our business, with a focus on utilizing QuickBooks Online. The workplace is dynamic, and the industry is diverse, providing a stimulating environment for detail-oriented growth.Responsibilities Oversee all bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, account reconciliation, and generating reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bank reconciliations. Assist in the financial close processes at the end of each month and year, including the preparation of financial reports for management. Manage project-specific expenses, budgets, and cash flow projections effectively. Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient financial management. Handle the functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Conduct cash flow analysis and prepare the annual budget. Maintain accurate records using computerized accounting systems like Great Plains. Effectively use Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems. Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Ability to prepare an Annual Budget. Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis. Extensive experience with QuickBooks.
