Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The role involves managing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting processes for our business. This position will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring our accounts are up to date and accurate.Responsibilities: Ensuring the accuracy of all financial data by managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes Handling all aspects of accounts payable and receivable Overseeing payroll processes to ensure all employees receive accurate payment in a timely manner Maintaining ledgers and tracking all transactions Developing budget forecasts to guide financial planning Preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management review Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal government reporting requirements Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient and accurate data management Creating profit and loss reports as well as balance sheets on a monthly basis Engaging in cash flow analysis as part of financial planning and management Leveraging Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications in executing accounting functions Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management processes Preparing financial statements as part of the financial reporting process.
