Job Description:POSITION: Lead Manager eCommerceJOB LOCATION : 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]Lead Manager eCommerce needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to engage in development and implementation of eCommerce strategy and business solutions to facilitate online transactions with customers. Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and oversee eCommerce projects. Work closely with marketing, sales, service, support, web design, and development teams to ensure that eCommerce solutions support business strategy and integrates with the website. Identify projects, develop business cases, and manage projects from conception to implementation. Manage the implementation of ecommerce projects for effectiveness by analyzing data from customer satisfaction surveys, click stream data, and web analytics. Report all findings and suggestions for additional improvements based on data acquired. Utilize knowledge of website design to translate business needs into an online experience. Create website strategy and design online promotional programs for digital products or services. Manage the implementation of eCommerce marketing, sales, and service and support programs and analyze their effectiveness. Leverage Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare insights. Use Power BI.REQUIREMENTS: Requires a PhD, or foreign equivalent degree, in Arts and Technology, Advertising, Marketing, or Design and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or six (6) months of experience in a related occupation analyzing business requirements, proposing solutions, and overseeing eCommerce projects; identifying projects, developing business cases, and managing projects from conception to implementation; managing the implementation of ecommerce projects for effectiveness by analyzing data from customer satisfaction surveys, click stream data, and web analytics; utilizing knowledge of website design to translate business needs into an online experience; creating website strategy and designing online promotional programs for digital products or services; leveraging Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare insights; and using Power BI.Our Lead Manager eCommerces earn between $129,102 - $210,100 yearly.
