Description We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process in the logistics industry, based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will work closely with our hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective hiring plans, ensuring we attract the best talent to our team.Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of our business requirements and ideal candidate profiles in collaboration with our hiring managers. Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing high-quality talent, conducting insightful screenings, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, and coordinating the interview process. Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and job boards to market positions and enhance our online presence. Develop unique sourcing strategies, including employee referrals, career fairs, community network events, and more to attract quality candidates. Design and implement advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Keep up-to-date with recruiting best practices, industry standards, and competition to ensure we remain competitive in the talent market. Maintain candidate activity and other key metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in the development and implementation of new recruiting strategies and processes to improve our recruitment efforts. Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities, ensuring we always have a pool of talent to draw from. Conduct reference and background checking, make hiring recommendations, and extend offers of employment. Requirements Proven experience in Full Cycle Recruiting within the logistics industry Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing and tracking recruitment processes Familiarity with Careerbuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms Proficient in managing high volume recruitment processes Experience in conducting reference checks and extending job offers Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Knowledge of About Time software for efficient time tracking Experience in organizing and participating in recruiting events Capable of developing and managing recruiting activities and efforts Proficiency in using social recruiting methods for sourcing potential candidates Sales experience or ability to upsell company and role to potential candidates Understanding and experience in implementing recruiting plans Experience in recruitment sourcing, ideally within a recruitment agency environment Ability to effectively manage recruiting functions and processes.
