Description Our downtown Dallas client is seeking a Compensation Sr Manager/Director for a 6 to 12 month engagement. 100% onsite. Mush have experience with the Workday compensation module and managing a team. This role primarily involves conducting job analysis, executing organizational studies, developing pay plans, and managing related compensation functions.
