We are hiring for our established catering company inside of a professional office building.

Salary (based on experience)
Additional pay available for catered events at $25/hour

Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:00 or 8:00-4:00 (varies based on schedule)
Off most weekends
CLOSED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Schedules can be flexible
Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Catering Chef who can:
Follow recipes and prepare hot meals, hors d’oeuvres and other food as needed, as well as coming up with new menu items.
Maintain recipe consistency & quality
Ensure proper food cook temps
Prepare food in a timely fashion in order to have food out on time
Pay careful attention to details to ensure the highest quality product reaches our customers.
Maintain a clean & sanitary work area
Lead other staff to assist in preparation of meals
Maintain par levels
Execute opening and closing procedures
Requirements
Kitchen experience is required
Must have reliable transportation
Stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 lbs
Valid Food Manager Certificate (we can help you obtain one if you do not have one)
