Driver Recruiter ( HR Assistant)/ Safety Assistant
This is an in-office position 730am-400pm. 30 min lunch.
Your duties include:
Managing the front desk operations, checking in guest etc.
Managing office supplies.
Scheduling interviews and responding to driver applications.
Conducting phone interviews to make sure driver qualify.
Running MVR/Background/ Drug screening
Help run driver orientation and sign on.
Keeping driver rosters up to date.
Maintaining all data bases for HR and Safety.
Making sure all driver logs are conducted.
Making sure all equipment list and maintenance records have been completed.
Working alongside dispatchers and making sure all records are updated.
Individual requirements must be met:
No criminal record of any kind will be accepted.
Valid Driver's License, and legal documents.
Must be able to operate a computer, scan, photocopying etc.
Must be able to keep files organized, and office up to date.
$42-$45K - $20-$22 HR. Plus annual bonus. Benefits package. 40 hours a week.
