Description We are in search of a Customer Service/Customer Success Specialist to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and customer success in our industry. The selected individual will be instrumental in customer retention, customer support, as well as new customer acquisition. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute significantly to our team.Responsibilities: Evaluate and address customer needs through inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, if necessary. Respond to a broad range of customer inquiries, including billing, product knowledge, grievances, and the opening or closing of accounts. Efficiently manage customer interactions to resolve issues. Assist in efforts to collect from customers with overdue payments. Enter and update customer account information in CRM systems. Occasionally assist team members with daily deposit and data updates in their absence. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations. Exhibit exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills in all tasks. Show a commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as a strong team player.Requirements Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a customer service representative Proficiency in CRM and CRM - Customer Relationship Manager i Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Experience in assisting customers and providing customer service is vital. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is necessary. Ability to handle customer support and address issues effectively. Must be able to manage customer communication effectively.
