Description Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process orders, forms, and applications while maintaining attention to detail.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and tact.
Proficiency in using computers and call center software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
