KPS Global, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. As a Technical Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and distributing parts and supplies that are essential for the day-to-day operations of our company. Located in the heart of Texas, this entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the industry and become a vital part of our logistics and supply chain management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory accuracy, processing parts orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to various departments or external customers. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits, coordinating with suppliers, and handling any discrepancies or returns. As the first point of contact for parts inquiries, you will need to provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally. You will work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to forecast parts needs and assist in the procurement process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized parts area and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. This role requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position is regular/at-will, and the selected candidate will be expected to transition from temporary to permanent status based on performance and business needs. Required Skills

Required Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a parts sales management or related role
Proven track record of managing inventory and processing orders efficiently
Experience in conducting inventory audits and reconciling stock levels
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor relations
History of providing excellent customer service in a retail or warehouse setting
Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance within a warehouse environment
Prior experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or similar industry is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent education level
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
