Billing Coordinator

Description A billing specialist role managing all aspects of invoicing and accounts receivable. Responsible for day-to-day management of billing data and invoicing while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and completeness. Duties include administrative processes such as new client set-up, processing account changes, generating fees, distributing invoices, processing bulk payments, tracking receivables, following up on outstanding invoices, and assisting with client relations. Key attributes for this role are excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work independently, keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and understanding of fiduciary duty. -Needs to be a self-starter and be able to think outside the box to grow the role and consistently look for improvements for processes. -This person will work closely with IT portfolio management system for billing modules. This person will have a lot of contact with clients and partners and will be representing the firm on a face-to-face level. Will work with 3rd parties and direct clients paying fees. Will interact with portfolio managers and clients. Requirements Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Client Relations, Ensure Accuracy, 5+ years of experience.

Assist outgoing clients by providing all necessary instructions, information and invoices, dispensing prescription items per the veterinarian\'s instructions, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments. Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures. Conduct administrative functions as necessary. Other job duties as assigned.
