General Manager

Description We are actively seeking a General Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic plans to maintain the efficiency and quality of our operations.Responsibilities: Implement an effective orientation, onboarding, and training structure in collaboration with Ownership and Corporate Team. Develop and motivate a high-performing team committed to a best-in-class operation. Oversee the daily and emergency operating requirements of the property. Collaborate with Property Operations Leader to manage facility operations, adjusting as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency. Set performance metrics for various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple disciplines. Work with Ownership and Corporate Team to define and execute set-design, charm, and ambiance standards throughout the district. Lead operational capital expense projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budget. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, employees, and managers regarding operational or personnel issues. Prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts, and analyze monthly reports for conformance to budgetary guidelines. Utilize software such as Yardi and MRI to manage and track operations efficiently. Bring a broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal, construction, and the day-to-day operations of maintenance, security, and housekeeping functions. Requirements Proven experience in a general management role for a minimum of 15 years Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Yardi and MRI Software Demonstrated experience in commercial property management Ability to create, manage, and oversee budgets Extensive experience in commercial real estate Proficiency in general management practices Familiarity with LEED Accounts Payable processes Track record of successful management in a commercial environment Excellent leadership and organizational abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively Sound understanding of performance evaluation metrics in business context BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus. Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation. One (1) year experience as a RN. Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
