You will be an important member of our support team, ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services, under the guidance of the Customer Solutions Manager.You Will:

Use Enterprise Application Software and CRM Systems to document, manage, and track service functions.

Provide expert technical support and guidance to third-party service contractors, ensuring they can resolve issues.

Coordinate and oversee service work performed by authorized service agents to ensure quality and timeliness.

Collaborate with regional Sales staff and authorized service agencies to address and resolve customer issues promptly.

Operate within a team-oriented call-center environment, delivering support and solutions.

Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, with an understanding of the same.

Minimal travel may be required for training purposes and to provide on-site customer support.

Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide technical support during non-business hours.

You Have:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years’ experience in the water heating, boiler industry, or related field service coordination/project management.

Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex HVAC or plumbing systems.

Hands-on mechanical experience addressing product performance issues.

Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:Work in both office and manufacturing environment.
