Description We are searching for an interim Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves preparing financial reports, performing consolidations, conducting audits, and managing large data sets in Excel. The role is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the finance industry. This one-month contract position offers a hybrid work schedule: 2 days a week in office in Fort Worth, Texas.Financial Reporting Manager (contract):Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform financial consolidations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies in consolidated financial statements. Assist in the internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations. Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve financial processes. Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large data sets for reporting and reconciliations. Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting and forecasting efforts. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to verify the accuracy of account balances. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliation reports, and maintain reconciliation schedules and documentation.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with BlackLine software Familiarity with Earnings Per Share (EPS) calculations Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Ability to manage various accounting functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Background in auditing processes Understanding of Balance Sheet Account management Ability to handle budget processes effectively.
