Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our team!We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at our Fort Worth, TX facility!You’ll make an impact by:

Primary responsibilities include, Receiving, Storage, Inventory Management, Delivery to Manufacturing, and Shipping while working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20.

Team’s accurate and efficient receipt, storing, fulfillment and kitting, and delivering material to the assembly lines.

Handling team scheduled and daily assignments.

Warehouse cycle counting, inventory discrepancy, root cause and resolution.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (high school diploma or equivalent) and directly related work experience will also be considered.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management with proven delivery of improvement project in a manufacturing environment.

Lean, Six Sigman, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)

The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
