Job Posting: Order Replenishment MerchandiserLocation: Fort Worth, TXShift: Shift 2, Mon - Sun 12pm – 8pmJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining product levels and displays, ensuring that our merchandising standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Product Displays and Equipment: Designate locations, build, and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
Customer Service: Meet customer service expectations through daily replenishing and merchandising products at assigned large stores, with appropriate follow-up.
Team Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
Company Assets: Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale, ensuring accounts meet Company merchandising standards.
Merchandising Standards: Rotate products each time in designated accounts to maintain merchandising standards.
Advertising: Replace and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for the account.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
0 - 3 years of general work experience required.
Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
Skills:
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reach above head height, and kneel.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
Foot Protection: Proper safety footwear is required (steel toe, puncture-resistant sole, and above the ankle protection):
Must be Puncture Resistant (Kevlar Bottom).
Must have a Class 75 Protective Toe (Steel or Composite Toe).
Must have slip-resistant soles that meet requirements.
Steel toe boots are required.
Safety Specifications:
CCSWB Safety specification applies to all Manufacturing, Manufacturing-Combo’s, Distribution/Sales Centers, Fleet, and Warehouse facility areas.
All associates performing job tasks/functions requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must comply with the PPE program.
Safety boots are required while conducting specific job tasks in Production, Distribution, Warehouse, and Sales operations.
