28099BRService Line:EnvironmentalOffice Name:Fort WorthJob Description:General Responsibilities:Provide administrative support on environmental related projects including document control and project tracking activities.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Document Control

Provide document control for the project per the established processes specified to ensure adherence to quality standards and the project requirements.

Review billing activity to ensure compliance with contract requirements and configuration management policies.

Receive and enter all documents into system ensuring compliance with document control procedures and client requirements.

Project Support

Assist with overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments.

Assist in managing all budgets, schedules, documents, procedures, and controls for assigned projects.

Process requests for proposals and coordinate completion with Project Managers.

Maintain spreadsheets regarding status of proposals and projects.

Update internal sites regarding scope, pricing, delivery quality, etc.

Work with key National Account Managers regarding receipt and turnaround of proposals and reports.

Work with Project Managers on invoicing and aging AR issues.

Keep appropriate project team members informed of status, delivery issues, and other areas as needed.

Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.

Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

3-5 years’ experience in engineering/environmental project coordination support preferred.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Proficient using Microsoft Office products.

Strong organizational skills to coordinate projects.
