Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth TX 76104Work hours: Full Time (7A-7P) for 36 hrs/week. Weekend and holiday requirementsDepartment highlights:· Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth· Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team· Renal Med/surg (28 bed) provides care to a wide variety of Post transplant (kidney) and Med/surg Renal patients who are admitted to this floor for complications after a transplant or their body is rejecting the transplant ie. kidney failure or infections. Our unit population, in addition to post transplant patients, encompasses complex patients with renal diagnosis, both chronic and acute, often with multiple comorbidities, and may be initiating Hemodialysis in our neighboring Hemodialysis unit on the same floor.
