Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Regulatory Adherence Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas. The Regulatory Adherence Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our policy print system and the accurate maintenance of customer records.Responsibilities: Converting documents from Microsoft .doc to Microsoft .docx Adding variable tags and signatures within a document Loading templates to COM360 Creating workflow in COM360 Testing and reviewing output from the policy print system Assisting in the transition from the DocuCorp Policy print system to the COM360 policy print system Collaborating with a team to modify and set up contracts on the policy print system Ensuring accurate records of customer credit applications Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Word Familiarity with policy creation and implementation Experience with contract negotiation and management Knowledge of 'About Time' software for task management Ability to provide workstation support to team members Strong phone presence for communication with various stakeholders Understanding of hiring processes within the healthcare industry Coding skills, with a focus on R Code Ability to create and edit videos for promotional or educational purposes Knowledge of HealthCare.gov and health insurance policies Experience in product development, preferably within the healthcare industry Familiarity with offshore operations and management Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing Knowledge of TRICARE health program for military personnel Experience with AB Testing for product or software enhancement Understanding of Network Information System (NIS) Familiarity with DocuCorp for document design and distribution.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
