Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Fort Worth, Texas Salary rate: $70,000 - $85,000 salary, DOE Position Summary Tactical Air is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor responsible for processing materials for shipment by checking packing and label information, weighing material, selecting carrier, and preparing bill of lading. Supervises employees involved in loading and unloading materials, checking invoices, pulling stock, operating material handling equipment and other warehouse and delivery duties. Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems. Ensuring shipping and receiving areas are clean and maintained. Ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor of Tactical Air Logistics Network (TALON). Responsibilities
Maintaining and safely operating warehouse facilities.
Receiving, stocking, repairing, selling, and distributing material, aircraft parts, jet engines, ground support equipment, and other items.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
Cleaning, packing, and shipping engines and parts. Receiving and assessing engines and parts returned from repair.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Prepares facilities for changing weather conditions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise information to teammates, other departments, and company leadership in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats.
Ability to function independently and as a team member when interacting with company leadership, customers, and vendors.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of experience, OR in lieu of degree 5+ years of applicable experience may be considered.
Ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Valid state driver's license.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance .
