As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with various responsibilities in the realm of reporting, compensation, and accounting system implementation. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Implementing and managing comprehensive accounting systems Regularly auditing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Utilizing data mining techniques to analyze financial data Providing detailed reports on financial performance Managing and optimizing CRM systems Participating in budgeting processes and capital management initiatives Using applications like Confluence and Crystal Reports to enhance productivity Ensuring all business systems are up to date and functioning properly Performing various accounting functions as needed Assisting in capital management and budget processes. Requirements Proficiency with business systems is essential. Must have experience working with Confluence. Familiarity with CRM systems is required. Experience with Crystal Reports is necessary. Must have knowledge of Data Mining Techniques. Proficiency with About Time software is expected. Must have a solid understanding of accounting functions. Auditing experience is a major plus. Familiarity with budget processes is required. Knowledge of capital management is essential.
